When I received my own ADHD diagnosis in 2021, it felt like the start of a whole new chapter. I became determined to learn everything I could about how my brain works and how I could support myself in ways that felt authentic and effective.

As an empath, it didn’t take long for me to realize that this knowledge wasn’t just for me—it was something I could share to help others. The discoveries I made were so transformative in my own healing journey that I knew others could benefit, too, not just from the strategies, but from knowing they’re not alone.

What makes the life coaching approach I use so powerful is that it goes beyond solving the immediate challenges. Over time, it helps you build self-confidence and trust in yourself, knowing that the answers you need are already within you. Instead of being told what to do, you’re guided with gentle, thoughtful questions that help you uncover your own path—one that works for you and your unique brain.
